I found some colorful mini-frisbees on the Easter isle. There are 8 in a package for $1.50. They are too large to make good frisbees for the girls, but when you flip them over, they are just the right size for little plastic pic-nic plates. We have been pic-nicing all day. (Sorry, I tend to be a little too thrifty sometimes..)

What is EAster Isle?

Also your food is really cute, did you make that or find it somewhere? I'm looking for more food items for my kitchen.

I am sorry, the Easter isle at Walmart, with the little toys and stuff for Easter baskets.
Thanks, the food is just homemade Sculpy food.

American Mommy you so inspire me. I love the picture and am going to look for the "picnic plates" when I'm at Walmart. I love the food you've done. I wish I had 1/4 of your creativity. I am going to try it myself. Thanks for sharing your ideas.

Savannahsmom- Thank you for your kind words. You have really made my day.It is not so much creativity as trying to find inexpensive ways to have dolly fun

Mae and I have a lot of fun feeding our dolls. My hubby says pretty soon all of our girls will outgrow all of their clothes, eating at this rate.

Great idea, Anna.
I love the colors for summertime play for the girls. Your food looks so realistic. Such talent.

Aw shucks....No place to go Easter Isle shopping around here. Still waiting for my Sculpey order. I've been trying to "figure" a scale size for various items. ie: If doll = 18" and actual nine year old = 4.5'(?) then scale everything by /3. 4" cookie = aprox. 1.25"?
Is this how you figure your sizes? I'm very curious as to what dimensions you would use for a two layer round cake. Do you scale from AG foods? We don't have anything but dolls and clothes. Hoping to make some party treats in the near future. I appreciate any additional info you have. I loved your previous food posts and am really getting in the mood to "bake". Thanks ~Bugs
